Meet Jessie Houlihan Bingen, the president of Stahl!
Jessie’s career thus far is a story of making the most of every opportunity and aligning resources with strategy and purpose to deliver consistent value. Her background includes everything from environmental consulting to marketing and business management for organizations ranging from non-profits to technology companies.
Jessie is responsible for the entire enterprise including corporatestrategic leadership, employee management, opportunity pursuit, marketing, risk management, client satisfaction, job progress and short and long-term company goals. She aims to run her business for the combined benefit of customers, employees and the greater good. Jessie sees the evolution of business as an incredible opportunity to motivate social and environmental as well as economic gain.
Jessie is an active member of several industry organizations and serves on the Young Leaders Executive Committee and co-chairs the Resilient Communities Product Council for the Urban Land Institute (ULI) of Minnesota. #BeTheCEO
Meet Heather Manley of On-Demand Group, an IT consulting company that provides IT resources for contract, contract to hire and direct hire needs.
She has led the organization through significant growth and expanded their reach to global markets by offering offshore solutions in Southeast Asia.
In 2014 she also founded Crooked Water Spirits, a multi-award winning national brand that produces unique craft spirits, including bourbon, gin, vodka, brandy and ready-to-pour Old Fashioneds. They focus on quality, experience and innovation and were the 1st Certified WBENC (women owned) spirits company in America.
Heather also owns Heather's Dirty Goodness, Inc., an award winning boutique spice company with products sold online and in Kowalski Markets focused on low salt and high flavor.
Heather volunteers her time and energies to advance the economic development interests and opportunities for women business owners in Minnesota. From 2011-2014, Heather was the Board President for The Minnesota Chapter of NAWBO, where she helped establish the MN Women Business Owners Hall of Fame, co-sponsored by Cargill. #BeTheCEO
Meet Jasmine Russell of Monicat Data Creative! Jasmine has her M.B.A in Marketing from Indiana University and her B.A. in Psychology from Purdue University.
Hometown Fort Wayne, IN. Jasmine holds 9 years of experience within quantitative and qualitative market research and digital analytics across markets of: creative, retail, consumer products, healthcare, service and technology industries. From her analytic focus, she brings a knowledge base of optimizing market strategy – guiding broad concepts into strategic business action. Jasmine additionally works in the Minneapolis community with groups to facilitate idea awareness, women empowerment, diversity and technology development.
Art has set the foundation of her perspective in viewing data. She seeks to broaden the creative community's perspective of data usage to elevate understandings of their craft and work. #BETHECEO
Meet Jacqueline Griffith Crowley, the managing director of CIBC Private Wealth here in Minnesota.
Previously, Jacqueline worked in cities around the world for firms like Royal Bank of Canada, UBS, and Deutsche Bank. After losing her husband at a young age, she developed a legacy planning practice. In her current role, she works with a small number of wealthy families helping to manage their financial lives and personal legacies. #BeTheCEO
Meet Zoe Stern the Foundation Manager for the Minnesota Vikings, and one of our panelists for the event!
After 10 years working in nonprofits Zoe has moved into the Sports Industry with the intention of making a big impact on the youth of Minnesota while knocking down the walls around women in sports.
Formerly the Minnesota Director for WE Day Zoe has traveled to over 15 countries. When not at work Zoe thrives on styling clients with Stitch Fix, serving on the Foundation Board for Temple Israel (Minneapolis) and participating in the Harry Kay Leadership Institute Program and jogging miles around Minnesota's lakes. #BeTheCEO
